Shiai Seminar 13 & 14 January 2024 Update
Two more months to the seminar! Unfortunately, due to unforeseen work commitments, Lee Jin Young sensei would not be able to attend the seminar in January. Our prices would be revised as below: Adults : $70 -> $60 SGD Students : $35 -> $30 SGD Do register for the seminar soon as registration closes 1 week before the seminar!

Our signups for our next beginner course intake is open! Looking to take up Kendo next year? Come join us at Seishinkan when our beginner course starts from February 2025! We are only taking a maximum of 10 persons per course to maintain high quality of instruction! World Kendo Championship Results from Seishinkan Members
Some members of Seishinkan were part of the Singapore Team for the 19th World Kendo Championships held in Milan, Italy in July 2024. We are proud to have contributed to the history of the Singapore National Team and hope to nurture future leaders of Kendo in Singapore.
Overseas Kendo Camp (Japan 2024)
Our dojo went on our annual overseas Kendo Camp in Japan in April, visiting various prefectures, Miyazaki, Kanagawa and Tokyo. The trip gave us the experience of fighting and learning from top 8 dans in Japan, University students, High School students and social members. We also went on a budo tour in Miyazaki, learning to cut with a katana, Nindo and visiting places related to budo.

Shiai Seminar March 1st & 2nd 2025
UPDATE : Due to unforeseen circumstances, there is an update to the location of the seminar on 1st & 2nd March 2025. The new venue will be at 139 Ceylon Rd, The Eurasian Association, Singapore 429744 (2nd Floor Multi Purpose Hall). Due to the previous location closing down, there will be no accomodations that we can book for participants. For foreign participants, we sincerely thank you for supporting our event and if you require any help, do feel free to reach out to us. Do register early as due to limited space, we will be stopping registrations once we hit 80 persons! Seishinkan Overseas Training Camp in Korea
8 Members of our dojo went to Korea for a training camp from 11 April 2023 - 25 April 2023 to learn from our club advisors, Park Sang Seok Sensei and Lee Hun Hui sensei.
Seishinkan's Shiai Seminar Led by Park Sang Seok Sensei and Lee Hoon Hee Sensei on 18 & 19 February 2023
On 18th and 19th February, Seishinkan and NUS Kendo Kai co-hosted a Kendo Shiai seminar led by Park Sang Seok Sensei and Lee Hoon Hee Sensei. More than 90 participants attended the two-day Kendo seminar, with 6 hours of Kendo each day.
